Onboarding card set for Plaisio

This project was developed for Plaisio as an onboarding tool designed to introduce new employees to the company’s structure, values, and daily functions in an engaging and accessible way.

The concept takes the form of a specially designed box containing a set of illustrated cards. Each card presents a different aspect of the company through a combination of concise explanatory text and custom illustration, transforming complex internal information into a playful and easy-to-understand experience.

Printed on carefully selected cardboard and produced as a cohesive physical object, the box encourages interaction, discovery, and gradual familiarization with the workplace. By turning orientation into a tactile and visual narrative, the project reimagines onboarding as a friendly introduction rather than a formal instruction process.
